Hey actifitters!
Yesterday, I felt lazy after duty. I’m was not so loaded with my work but I don’t know why as I arrived at our accommodation instead of doing some basic exercise as usual, I changed my clothes and jumped on to my bed then sleep. I woke up at 10pm when something is digging my stomach lol. I felt hungry and I realized I haven’t taken my dinner yet.
