Several teams interested in Leipzig star

Chelsea, Manchester City and Real Madrid are probably dream destinations for some players, and one of those players could be Christopher Nkunku from German RB Leipzig. Nine goals and three assists have got the clubs' eyes wide open for the French player, who despite Leipzig's somewhat sluggish start has thus had great personal success. In September, he showed his great abilities ahead of Pep Guardiola, when in the 3-6 defeat against Manchester City he accounted for all three Leipzig goals in the captivating Champions League showdown.

It is precisely performances like this that have made the big clubs line up. In 2019, the talented Frenchman chose to change his life in Paris Saint-Germain with a chance with the Germans in Leipzig.

He has hardly regretted that choice, as the road to playing time became significantly easier in German, and a breakthrough also came quite quickly. Nkunku has yet to convince Didier Deschamps that he also has a future on the national team.
