Hola hivers, gusto en saludar, hoy les cuento sobre la preparación de una de las comidas preferidas de mi hijo, y la preferida de muchos, a quien no le encantan las Boloñas, su sabor se regó por el mundo porque son realmente deliciosas, es un plato de origen italiano, pero muy común en mi tierra y en muchas partes del mundo, por ser tan suculento, apetitoso, sabroso, en fiestas y celebraciones son muy comunes, se sirven como aperitivos y en casa se acompañan generalmente con pasta. Les muestro mi manera de realizara y de verdad les aseguro que quedan deliciosas. Aquí les muestro los ingredientes que utilizo y el procedimiento realizado para elaborar tan exquisito plato.

Hello hivers, nice to say hello, today I am telling you about the preparation of one of my son's favorite meals, and the favorite of many, who do not love Bolognese, their flavor spread around the world because they are really delicious, it is A dish of Italian origin, but very common in my land and in many parts of the world, because it is so succulent, appetizing, tasty, at parties and celebrations they are very common, they are served as appetizers and at home they are generally accompanied with pasta. I show you my way of doing it and I really assure you that they are delicious. Here I show you the ingredients that I use and the procedure carried out to make such an exquisite dish.

Iniciamos integrando los aliños picados a la carne, junto con la sal.

We start by integrating the minced dressings to the meat, along with the salt.

Luego el huevo y amasamos hasta integrar bien los ingredientes.

Le aplicamos la harina , Integramos, amasando bien, hasta que quede una mezcla compacta.

Nos lavamos las manos y comenzamos a armar las esferas de carne, deben ser bien redondas .
We wash our hands and begin to assemble the meat spheres, they must be well round.

En un caldero pequeño nos disponemos a freír las bolas de carne, aproximadamente en ½ taza de aceite.

In a small cauldron we prepare to fry the meat balls, approximately in ½ cup of oil.

Cuando el aceite esté bien caliente freímos de 4 en 4 bolas de carne, y vamos dando vueltas de manera que se doren por fuera y se cocinen bien por dentro.

When the oil is very hot, fry 4 in 4 balls of meat, and we go around so that they brown on the outside and cook well on the inside.

Una vez que estén todas fritas, se vierten en 500ml de la salsa napolitana y se llevan a fuego bajo por 5 minutos, pasados estos minutos, ya tendremos lista nuestra boloñesa, la receta de salsa napolitana la publiqué con anterioridad en uno de mis post, si no la has visto te la recomiendo.

Las esferas de carne deben sumergirse en salsa napolitana y así servir con la pasta.
The meat spheres should be dipped in Neapolitan sauce and thus served with pasta.

Preparamos previamente 1/2 kg de pasta larga para acompañar con las boloñas.

We previously prepare 1/2 kg of long pasta to accompany the Bolognese.

La pasta debe moverse constantemente para que no se peguen unas con otras.
The pasta must be constantly moving so that they do not stick to each other.

Se esparce la boloñesa sobre la pasta, bien caliente, se acompaña con tajadas, queso blanco, pecorino, con lo que deseen. Estas cantidades rinden para cuatro personas.

The bolognese is spread on the pasta, very hot, it is accompanied with slices, white cheese, pecorino, with whatever you want. These amounts serve four people.
