Hallo Allerseits.

Bei Karotten-Kuchen kann man ja eigentlich nur noch an Essen denken.
In allen Variationen schmeckt der Karotten-Kuchen einfach super!

Aber wer von Euch weiß, dass der Karotten-Kuchen eigentlich eine Schweizer Kuchenspezialität ist?
Dort hieß sie

Rüebli-Torte

was für Karotte steht. Angeblich ist sie im Kanton Aargau erstmalig entstanden/erfunden worden.

Nicht nur in der Schweiz, sondern auch in Amerika -wo ich sie eigentlich zum ersten Mal gegessen habe- ist sie bekannt und wird in vielen verschiedenen Varianten gegessen.
Also macht Euch einen Kaffee und genießt den Kuchen.
