Thinking of Starting a Plant Nursery

Lately, I've been thinking about starting a plant nursery and selling food crops to my neighbors and people around me. I've been gardening for many years, and I've only begun taking it seriously two years ago. Right now, I just work from home, and I babysit my niece whenever I can but lately, I've been a bit bored. lol

After seeing the prices of goods increase dramatically in just a year with inflation surpassing 7%, I feel like now is a good time to start selling plants. My original plan was to just grow food like peppers and sell them on the street and to my neighbors but now I feel like I should just expand my horizons for now until the food crops begin producing. Of course, I will still sell food, but that will take some time compared to just selling a few seedlings to people who want to grow their own food.

The market for people wanting to grow their own food is relatively small but I'm confident I can sell 8-12 plants a month to start off with. We'll see what happens with this, this isn't full proof just yet, but it is something I can get started immediately to try it out. Another cool thing about this is that I will also accept crypto for my plants too. We'll see how this all works.
