Some Delicious Omnomz!

I've got no idea what exactly is on top of this snack... All I see is some dark chocolate, caramel, and some kind of nuts. My sister sent this image to me, so I'm thinking this is some sort of cheesecake. I believe during work, she took an image of what she got from her job and it is quite a treat. It seems like my sister's job has been treating her quite well. My sister has to be careful with these sweets because she gets carried away sometimes. lol

We'll see if she gets a sugar rush if she keeps eating some of these at work. lol
