A Morning Person and Then There's Me...

My niece wakes up as happy as she always does and immediately she tells me let's go outside to grow some plants. Naturally, I wake up just hoping for a few more minutes.

We always go outside for a few minutes in the morning. Whenever my niece wants to go to the garden, she runs around and plays, making me do all the work in the garden. Today, we'll be planting some more food crops. We've got some corn drenched in some water so that we can grow the corn directly in the garden in a few hours. Yesterday, the rain caught up with us, but today looks like it's going to be a hot day. At least I do not have to water any plants today since mother nature took care of that.

The peppers in the garden aren't doing as well as I thought they'd do; however, the ones in the container are doing fine. For the ones in the garden that are dying, I'll be replacing them with healthier peppers next week.
