Recently (A food for thought post on some health matters)

A little while ago, I had minor problems with my feet, small sharp pain in my feet that was a little irritating in the morning and once in a while when I walk after sitting. That pain is gone now, and I will detail some of the methods I use as a home remedy to genuinely and succinctly cure the problem as well as a few other "small" health ideas that will make life better.

Curing your problem through the "mind game" and avoiding problems through a "mind trick".
Well, we all have minor problems here and there, even if we are generally and over all healthy. I am not saying here that what I do for myself is a cure all, but for minor problems, I believe it certainly can help, though and it is quite simple: You must have gratitude for your whole body and its functions, right down to walking, talking, thinking and eating.

Sure, in a way, that sounds overly simple and like a "mind trick" or "mind game" you play on yourself. But, is that not better than thinking how bad everything is, though? Listen, ease is better than disease when you really think about it, and being grateful for every moment of life can help in making you grateful for ease and even enhance your ease and help you avoid disease. Sure, what I am saying seems overly simple. But, if the mind can breathe automatically, and pump your heart and all of that, could it not keep you healthy if you add your beneficial consciousness to it? Adding a bad or maleficient consciousness definitely cannot help you stay healthy anyway.

So, my advice is quite simple, and I follow it myself. Live the best life you can full of gratitude for good health, do not drink, do not smoke, and do the best you can at all times with full conscientiousness and consciousness. I did not say, try to achieve perfection, but I did say always do the best you can at all times possible.

The most powerful idea in existence.
What is good, is the cause really, and the most powerful idea in existence. What is bad is just a careless effect. I only consider causes and realities, although I do stay mindful of what to avoid as a bad effect. The best way to live is to cause the most good you can, consciously and conscientiously. I know that could sound rather silly and "pollyanna" like. But, in reality, the cause of all solutions is the good, and the careless effect of all problems is the bad. Indeed, good really is natural and bad is not natural. I mean, think about it, a good existence comes from good causes and good effects, and bad is not the opposite, it is really undesirable and something we have to grow past. Considering the topic of these article sections, there is not any doubt in my reality, that we all want to benefit in however the form it may come. Even the worst of us wants to succeed at what they are doing as well as the best of us wanting to succeed. Indeed, the most powerful idea in existence is, nobody wants to fail or have bad things happen or things go wrong. Right things happening and good health of situation, reality and outcome are the most powerful ideas in existence.

A good attitude equals good health in more ways than we know.
Face it, it is said that we use less than five or ten percent of our mental power to do what we do every day. Well, much of that mental power that we do us is located not in our brain arteries or capallaries, but in our attitudes and capabilities. I think a good or great attitude definitely leads to good health and sometimes when properly applied keeps our health good.

Now, I am not saying that a good or great attitude is a cure-all for everything. But I am saying that a good attitude does help heal you, and a good attitude does help to keep you or anyone healthy.
