My Actifit Report Card: September 20 2021
Today I finally resumed cycling. I can't even remember when it was the last time I used my indoor cycle.
It's not so hot anymore, so the temperature would be perfect for this type of activity.
As a warm-up, I decided to pedal for 10 minutes and not exaggerate the first day. I managed to do 5km, which is good. This is the speed I used to go with when I quit, so I'm satisfied.
This was a test to see how my body reacts to the activity and if everything goes well, this activity should be regular.
