Is happiness just chemicals flowing through your brain or something more?

I have started this competition in the hope that it will prove to be a fun and interesting way to get people to interact and engage with each other here on #proofofbrain. After all that's what it is all about.
It could be about anything really, ranging from a memorable quote to a story or maybe just a random question about life itself. Literally any subject is open for discussion but I will try and not let it get too crazy !
You are also welcome to talk about any other random subject you like.

It's a mixture of chemicals, and peace of mind, more happiness, more chemicals and joy all in one
Happiness is finding fulfilment and joy in things that happens within and around us and I think is definitely more than just chemical pumping.
Lolz,I don't even know where to Start From now,but right now I want to join others to say happiness is something that runs in the brain and that is why I sincerely believe that we all have the power to decide and determine out happiness too in
Ah I wonder stuff like this all the time. Are all the feelings I have for my partner just feromones and happy hormones?
Is happiness just a nice cocktail of drugs from my body?
I tend to believe there is more to it. Mostly because I find the idea that it's all just biology a bit depressing. I prefer the idea that I see some things that are beautiful, lovely and they put together good memories, good feeling together for me and yes there are happy chemicals but there is more, brain and body in harmony loving something they experience
Happiness is something that is very important and vital to humans as it as a way of easing us off from stress and life issues too,,let me just say it is something that is flowing in the brain once we give room for it
Good to be here once more and congratulations to all the winners too and it is good to be on the list self after a long time too.
Happiness lives within everyone in life and that is why we all have the right to dictate our happiness too in life,so am saying happiness lives in our brain 🧠
