Quote of the Day

“Be yourself; everyone else is already taken" - Oscar Wilde

I have started this competition in the hope that this will prove to be a fun and interesting way to get people to interact and engage with each other here on #proofofbrain

It could be about anything really. Ranging from a memorable quote to a story or maybe just a random question about life itself. Literally any subject is open for discussion but I will try and not let it get too weird !

You are also welcome to talk about any other subject you like.

To enter the competition you simply have to make any type of comment on this post and I will do a daily random draw for 3 lucky winners.

You are not required to Upvote, Re-Blog or Follow but it would be nice.

Prizes

1st Place = 5 POB + 1 Upvote
2nd Place = 1 POB + 1 Upvote
3rd Place = 0.50 POB + 1 Upvote

Congratulations To Yesterdays Winners

1st Place - @inakuma
2nd Place - @drutter
3rd Place - @pthker2010

I use https://www.random.org/ to pick the winner with TRUE RANDOMNESS !!

RANDOM.ORG offers true random numbers to anyone on the Internet. The randomness comes from atmospheric noise, which for many purposes is better than the pseudo-random number algorithms typically used in computer programs

Rules - Respect and Be Respected (P.L.U.R.)

Thanks for reading. #rtotd

Peace, Graham.

I could talk about paying taxes and growing some of my food and volunteer work and recycling... but I don't want to overlook the most important contribution of all.

A student in my middle class asked me this question about himself, "What do I contribute to the world?"

He told me that he could do nothing and life was not worth living.

I tried an alternative approach and asked him if he knew how to shit. He say, "Yeah!"

I asked him, "Do you like it?"

He said, "Uh huh."

I said, "Always remember there are people in the who would love to be able to shit like that but can't.... And keep eating your vegetables."

Wow,this is a very interesting one and I want to say the student will have to keep on thinking over and over again to actually get your point of view ,I sincerely love that punch line mate,it is really a sense waking one

Some of the greatest contributors are the least likely to boast. :)

Another non-committal response might be "we all contribute in our own little ways". Which I think is true, too. I believe everything impacts everything else in some way. You've heard of the butterfly effect - it flaps its wings and there's a storm instead of calm skies on the other side of the planet a day later. Even small actions can ripple outward and have major effects down the line. So I think we're all changing the world, every minute of every day, in a completely literal sense. Everything matters.

I might not really be able to say much as this ,but let me say giving back to humanity base on my own view need to do with making impact and having a good part in people's life.

Fine let me say I might not be in the right Position where people can listen to what I have to say or what to offer right now,but of all at every chances I have or opportunity gat comes my way I will love to makes sure that people that come across me in life becomes more better than before, cause to me I strongly believing in helping the human brace irrespective how little bit might be.

I also want to talk about the quote of the day and it is very possible that I linked the two together in the process of doing that:

Be yourself; everyone else is already taken" - Oscar Wilde

Can I say many won't have the recognition they deserve to have in their generation, just because they have decided to act under others people mask, you know what that means they keep on copying or behaving like other people maybe as a result of likeness or something else,it is very important that we should all know that things might not fall in place,if we refused to come clean and remove the mask on our faces in life.

No one make or contribute alot the the society by putting non others people character,I understand the place of mentorship when it comes to that, but you won't be able to fit or step into your mentor shoe always.

I enjoy championing the efforts of small business owners and trying to support them wherever I can. These are the people who are often trying to pursue their dreams and passions, often in the ARTs and they need the support of their families, friends and local communities. The big companies will continue to do well, but as it has been put previously, support a big company and you support the CEO's 2nd lux vehicle, support a small business owner and you allow a little girl to get ballet lessons...words to that effect anyway.
