Oh, I don't know all that much and I don't eat them. Ironically, I love to photograph them, but for me, they are better left in the forest. I've just never acquired a taste for them. There is an edible one called the Chicken mushroom and if I find one, I'll take a pic of it. They are quite magnificent! Take care and thanks for stopping by!
