Thanks @littlebee4. Unfortunately, a black cat has shown up; I originally thought she was the mom. My two babies are not around now. I'm not sure if the black cat moved them, or what. I just know that we haven't seen them since yesterday morning. The food that was put out at noon for them hasn't been touched. It makes me sad, for as much as I tried not to get attached, I hauled off and did just that! I just hope they are okay.

Everybody would get attached. So easy with little puppies or kittens.
That’s sad. Let’s hope they are fine, or come back. Maybe the black cat scared them and they are hiding.

I'm hoping she is their mom. My husband checked multiple times all around where they were hiding out and he's found no trace of them. I'm thinking she moved them. I hope so and hope they are fine.
