!LOLZ-you made me laugh! I don't have to take a quiz because I did that with the state exams some 20 years ago. However......they do require you to take an 'optician's survey', which I find funny and more of an irritation than having any real value. Then, they charge you $125 USD for that little piece of updated paper for the year! It just keeps going up!
