He was a rescue, but he is stray no more! I've had him all of his life except the first 3 months. His mom had him up on our roof. Then when the litter was old enough to play, she brought them to ground level where they used to play outside the patio door. Then one day, she took them and left, but a couple of weeks, returned and left only him at our house. He was so sick, I thought he would die, but he didn't! Now he's a big boy who will be 11 years old in April!

11 years old! So amazing! Here cats are multiplying. Too bad I can't adopt them. Allergies and asthma will be triggered.

The oldest living kitty I ever had was 19.5 years old. The second oldest was 18years. I cannot see myself without a kitty as I've had them for over 40 years.

Sorry about the allergies......

I never thought cats can be that old? There used to be strays here, and they're never gone. Someone dies, and new ones are born.

My kitties are indoor only kitties. Where we live, either someone will hit them with a car; someone shoots them; an eagle may carry them off or they become a snack for the local wildlife. It's much safer in the house!

Oh. I may not be a fan of cats (I have asthma) but whenever I see some of them dead on streets, I feel very bad.

It hurts me too. I know that sometimes a driver can't react fast enough, but I also know that some people purposely try to hit them.

Why do they even intentionally hit on them? Poor cats. They deserved to live.
