Isn’t he lovely? Cot is so photogenic and he knows it, lol! 😹 Seriously though, he is a sweetheart. 😻

No doc today left Donna and myself with some time to get a sign on situation squared away that had been plaguing her for the better part of a week. It’s always nice to get a problem resolved! 😎

She wanted to work on insurance verifications for next week’s appointments, so I let her have a go at it. She told me that she’s impressed with my ability to stop what I’m doing to deal with something else and then picking back up where I left off without batting an eye. I told her that doing this for 10 years oftentimes without any help, is why I can do it. She is learning that despite your best intentions, you don’t always accomplish what you want or need to. 😏

She is doing well; it’s not easy to super multitask, but a business like we are in with a super small staff and busy, helps you to adapt.

Tomorrow is Friday and we are fully booked! The good news is that last patient for the day is a guy doing the annual thing for his CDL. This means exam, dilation, visual field exam and maybe retinal imaging-a mostly doc thing. That leaves most of the last hour to close up loose ends! 😎👍
