Afternoon Visitors………My Actifit Report Card: March 12 2026
This is Mama. She comes visiting quite often with her young daughter in tow. I’ll show you Baby’s picture at the end, but for now, wanted to show you some of our past visitors.
This mama and her babies were frequent fliers around our neck of the woods last year. We often spotted them at the house or out on the trail while hiking. They always seemed curious about us.
This young mama had baby in our yard. We got to see her shortly after she was born. So cute and precious! Here’s another picture taken after she’d gotten just a little age on her.
This next one, again from last year, was part of either the three previously shown above or she may have been alone with mom. She’s a pretty baby-but then they all are to me! 🤩
Work today was just me and the doc. I was so busy, that when we had a slight lull, he came out to the front and told me that ‘we need to get you some help; you’re running around more than you should’. Well-I can’t sit hardly for 5 minutes when you have appointments and people coming in as well as patients getting through with their exams. I often have to handle two and three patients simultaneously. 😅 And then, of course, the phone rings! 🙄
Finally-here is the picture of Baby whose mom was in the first picture.
She is cute although her fur is a bit rough. It’s that time of year when they lose their winter fur. Baby will probably stay with Mama this year, but perhaps come the fall or next spring, Mama will tell her it’s time to be on her own.
We fully believe that deer from years past who were around as babies, come back to have their babies here. Our yard is a deer safe area. 🦌
That’s gonna be it for now. Take care and enjoy the rest of your day wherever you are! 🙏🌏🙏

BSB Psalm 19:1-4
The heavens declare the glory of God;
the skies proclaim the work of His hands.
Day after day they pour forth speech;
night after night they reveal knowledge.
Without speech or language,
without a sound to be heard,
their voice has gone out into all the earth,
their words to the ends of the world.
In the heavens He has pitched
a tent for the sun.

We get the squirrels and an occasional raccoon; in the 26 years we've lived here, I've only seen raccoons twice. The coyotes are around some. Thank goodness tomorrow IS Friday! I need a vacation, !LOLZ
Take care sis! !BBH
