Uh-Oh! 😮🦷……… My Actifit Report Card: January 6 2026

Yesterday afternoon late, I was snacking on a protein bar when suddenly, my soft bar was crunchy! 🙀 Upon close examination, I found evidence of a broken tooth!🦷 Seriously?!

I called my dentist this morning, to see if they could squeeze in an emergency appointment which they did at 1 PM, just after my ladies Bible study was to finish. When I arrived, it sounded like they were just going to assess the situation and maybe do nothing. However, when I do something, I do it well, lol, and about an hour and a half later, they chiseled, drilled and filled it. Turns out half of my number 4 on the upper right side had gone missing and the potential for more damage outweighed the ‘not doing anything’. Dr Seo is a good dentist-I can’t even tell when he jabs me to numb my tooth. 🦷

Not what I’d planned for the day and lol, I was left with the right side of my mouth almost drooling for a couple of hours until the numbness wore off. 😏🤤

The Bible study was good as we are setting the groundwork to study the book of Romans.

Got word from a ex-coworker and from a gal from my Bible study group, that a Facebook community was talking about the clinic and how no one was answering their phone calls. I called the clinic and spoke to the gal there today asking her to call the patient who started the post.

All I can think is that my Monday and Tuesday gals aren’t checking the voicemail that answers when you’re on the phone. I’m not there on those days and can’t enforce anything however I am going to address this with the doc as those two are his family members. I did go comment on the post to let folks know that the clinic was open and that I was available tomorrow beginning at 9 AM.

It rained here today-ALL day, so I’m going to share some sunshine pictures from yesterday’s hike. Enjoy!
