Counting Down…………🎄…..My Actifit Report Card: December 2 2025

It’s December 2nd-already! Where does the time go I wonder? For me and my house, we have fewer days as our family gathering is on the 20th to accommodate everyone’s schedules. It’s going to be a busy two and a half weeks for me! 😅

Last week, I suggested to the gal that leads our ladies Bible study, that we take a look and study the birth of Jesus. She took my suggestion and thus today began that study. We took a little true/false/ WDK (we don’t know) quiz and it was enlightening what our answers were versus the correct answers. A lot of what we know or think we know, isn’t exactly how it was. It was eye opening! Then next couple of weeks should be interesting and a great reminder for the reason for the season!

Once home, we needed to pick up some T&G fir to put up in the laundry room. The weather today has been interesting for it began with rain, but turned into some interesting cloud formations.

Too bad the utility wires and poles were in the way but what can you do? 🙃 what sparks my imagination is how the sun is visible shining on top of the clouds!

Nope-you are not seeing the moon in these next two. The clouds acted as a filter for the sun.

It was pretty interesting!

I ended up having to do an emergency run to the post office as due to a label snafu, they have returned my coffee order I shipped out yesterday. Unfortunately, the route carrier returned it to my neighbor’s house! Can’t they read? Anyway, she called me so I got the package from her, fixed the label and took it back. It’s on its way now. 😅

Nevertheless the gloom will not be upon her who is distressed,
As when at first He lightly esteemed
The land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali,
And afterward more heavily oppressed her,
By the way of the sea, beyond the Jordan,
In Galilee of the Gentiles.
The people who walked in darkness
Have seen a great light;
Those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death,
Upon them a light has shined.
You have multiplied the nation
And increased its joy;
They rejoice before You
According to the joy of harvest,
As men rejoice when they divide the spoil.
For You have broken the yoke of his burden
And the staff of his shoulder,
The rod of his oppressor,
As in the day of Midian.
For every warrior’s sandal from the noisy battle,
And garments rolled in blood,
Will be used for burning and fuel of fire.
For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Of the increase of His government and peace
There will be no end,
Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom,
To order it and establish it with judgment and justice
From that time forward, even forever.
The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.
