What Month Is It?………..My Actifit Report Card: October 19 2025

The morning began at church with another awesome service! I knew it was going to be good!

Afterwards, we headed home. It was raining as it had been since yesterday afternoon. Just yesterday in a matter of about 5 hours, we received 1.27” of rain. As of this writing, my rain gauge is showing 1.76” of rain!

With all that rain coming down, hiking in it was not on my agenda. So after a bit of stationary bike, @silvertop suggested a trip to the mall which ended in going instead to pick up some roll insulation at the Home Depot. As you can see from the first picture, their Christmas displays are in full swing!

Of course, there is lumber too!

Once we obtained the required insulation, we checked out and headed for a coffee break. ☕️☕️☕️

We might be in a lull from the rain for a bit as looking at the forecast-even though they are still calling for rain, the maps make it look like it might not be much. Time will tell!

Out back, a mama and her baby stopped to say hello.

Close by where I park the car, this had emerged from the rain soaked ground.
