Remnants……..My Actifit Report Card: March 8 2024
Remnants! We amazingly enough have remnants of snow left hanging around in various places. I suspect the cold nights and partly cloudy days have made it possible.
Here’s a closeup of some snow-mostly ice crystals and the moss and plant life around and under it.
Work was plenty busy today. I was also trying to figure out why the claim I submitted didn’t submit. Turns out the clearing house we use doesn’t like zip files with more than one file in it. I had no idea and apparently neither did EPM, so consequently, the files uploaded but their system couldn’t process. Now, when I originally called them in January when we changed software, to see if they took zip files of the EDI837 type, it would have been nice if they had told me that! 🙄 Now I know and can go back and resubmit one file at a time. Communication is key and when someone is new to something and the people know it, they need to communicate something this important! I’m a glad it’s an easy fix though! 😅 I will go fix it on Monday.

I was glad to be done with the day. 😁😎👍 We are now in an atmospheric river again. It’s been raining since before I got up to go to work this morning. This is to continue on for the next few days unless they change the forecast. Here’s some rain pics for you.

I think this winter season has played with us more than usual. I'm still finding myself a bit down, although I try not to be. This getting old and life in general is not for the timid, that's for sure!

Yes, winter has been very strange this year @elizabethbit, Sis! I have been really down since October, but finally feeling somewhat better now like I got over a very very steep mountain. I am trying to have a very positive outlook more than ever. I know that can be very difficult at times. Yes, I agree that life can be extremely hard and not for anyone timid. I'm trying to think of nicer things/thoughts and be more grateful for what I have now. I am also working on showing kindness more often. I understand, Sis. It's hard isn't it. We do the best we can though but I wasn't for a while. The negativity over powered me but I'm doing much better now. Yes ignore it put your foot down and tell yourself to be kinder to yourself. I had to do that one.
