I have one-no wait! Maybe two words for today……….BUSY and/or INSANE! You choose!
The reason I think I’m feeling so disjointed is the new system, combined with training a new employee and add a sprinkle or two of no insurance information gotten and not being able to stay on the task at hand because of being constantly called to the front. It’s a recipe for frustration for sure. It’s not Donna’s fault-she’s new and on her own version of information overload. My other gal isn’t maybe thinking she needs to ask for specifics on insurance if the patient says ‘it’s the same as last year’. Oftentimes there’s something new about it and last year’s stuff is in the old system I can’t access from home. Ugh!!!🤪
It will all get sorted eventually or I might could end up bald and in the loony bin, lol! Can I go on vacation now please?!
So onward to Turkey Fest!

Tomorrow’s the first afternoon doc day at the clinic. My nice and peaceful Thursdays are over. Plus I’ve got two frame reps on the docket. Never a dull moment!

Turkey? I thought you meant the bird that doesn't taste like chicken. Of course one can have Turkey on days other than Thanksgiving and Christmas are usually those that stock up on cheap marked down Turkey right after the holidays. 🦃
