Double Trouble!……My Actifit Report Card: January 8 2024

Double trouble? More on that in a moment!😁

Today found me headed to work at another earlier than normal time again. I had a post training call plus I needed to be there for Vera when she came in to get her started on the new program. She is not a computer person so she acknowledges it might be a bit of a challenge. She took copious notes and did well while I was there. She didn’t call me after I’d left close to one o’clock, so things must have gone okay. I on the other hand had some issues even with a technician on the phone guiding me through something I’d not done before. Seems like I find all of the odd situations that can come up earlier in the game more so than other office. Why should I expect it to be any different?! 🙄

I’m still not feeling well. I brought some work home with me but won’t touch that until tomorrow. I told @silvertop that I am NOT setting an alarm for tomorrow. We get up whenever we wake up! I need some uninterrupted quality sleep!

Now, on to double trouble!

On the right is Dusty, our robot Bill and Agi gave us for Christmas. We like it so well and it does a good job, that we decided we needed a second one! Meet Dust Bunny, on the left. They are almost identical but have two different model numbers. The only real difference I can see is the brush whiskers are different from Dusty to Dust Bunny. We have them both connected to WiFi and they will be able to run simultaneously. We are letting Dust Bunny charge up first. The irony is these things are almost like a robotic pet, lol! I can’t really explain it-you have to experience it! We’re going to give them both a shot at the house tonight. 😎👍

In the meantime, we are having rain, sleet and snow! 🙀I’ve heard things like blizzard warnings, high wind warnings and winter storm watches/warnings! I personally don’t think it will amount to much. I think I’d be paying some attention to the river level though as it is a lot of water! So obviously no hike, but here’s some eye candy for you from previous hikes.
