Are We There Yet?…….My Actifit Report Card: November 15 2023

Are we there yet? Where exactly you ask? The weekend, of course! Today for me at least turned hectic from before opening to almost close. The doc turned up at 9 AM. Totally out of the norm for him, but he did because he had scheduled a training/ consultation call with a new service he subscribed to for the clinic. Keep in mind this is not the software change I’ve spoken of, but something entirely different! Then, I had to keep walking away from it because of phone calls and then because I had to open the clinic. Eventually even he had to go because of patients. Then the gal wanted to know if I could stay on the call with her which of course I couldn’t. The day progressed still busy, but then late in the afternoon, a guy came in who spoke little English. Not a problem as I have an app for that. However, the first information he gave about his insurance turned up no coverage. By then, his daughter had arrived and was a great help. However, it took 4 different sets of information before returning a viable insurance plan for him. 🤪 I walked a LOT trying to figure this out. In the end, we were about 15 minutes behind for the day and there was just one appointment left. I’m glad the day is over!

Last night, Cot had crawled to the arm of the couch and laid down on @silvertop’s iPhone. It almost looked like he was suffering from too much blue light exposure.

He wasn’t even much responsive when we talked to him.

He was bushed!

He looks kind of like I feel right now. 😴

Tomorrow’s another day! I’ve got 2 frame reps and a first timer as well. Lots of paperwork as always too. That’s gonna be it for now. Take care and enjoy! 🙏🇮🇱🇺🇦
