Rainy days and…….

Mondays!🙄

Yes, it’s both here in the Pacific Northwest! Rain is forecast pretty much forever with maybe a break or two now and again.

The morning had a few short breaks. @silvertop went out during one of those breaks and took the leaf blower to remove spiderwebs from the house so he could continue painting. The spiders here are ridiculous! Anyway, poor Cot believes the leaf blower is a monster and I found him cowering between the wall and the couch.

Poor little boy! 🙀😿

My early afternoon was spent on a conference call pertaining to the switch of hosted office software to the cloud version. There was a lot of information to digest (actually I was on information overload by the time we were done). I am able to do all the training at home which is very beneficial. It’s a lot of it to cram in a few weeks time. It’s easier though, since I am the only one to train with this plan. I will train my office staff in their duties which will really be minimal. The brunt of this whole thing lies on me. In the end, it will save some time and enable me to work from home some.

Since the rain was still coming down, I suggested we run to Lynden to get a new glass protector for my old iPhone 6S Plus and a case for @silvertop’s old iPhone. Unfortunately no case for him but I did get the glass for mine.

Tomorrow, I have an online mandatory Medicaid training session and once that’s done, I’ll probably begin the training on the other software for work. I suspect my off days just got a bit busier! Unfortunately tomorrow’s training conflicts with my ladies Bible study and I won’t be able to attend. 😔

Hi @queenstarr! I figure you must be busy; life has a way of doing that to us! It's good to see you here! The training went fine; it's the same information every year with maybe one or two new things. It's relatively painless; just takes time to do.

I've also got training going on for a new software system for work. It's a laborious training schedule, and I've got a lot of information to process. This will be ongoing for the next 2+months. In the end, it should save me a bit of time to put on other aspects of my job.
