The Many Colors Of Fall......My Actifit Report Card: September 26 2023

The many colors of fall! This is just a footpath around the backside of our house. It’s on the edge of a hill that leads to the back yard of the house. At the top of this small hill, @silvertop planted many pine trees. Each fall, a pine tree will ‘brace’ for winter. Some of its needles will turn golden yellow and fall from the tree. In this case, decorating the past as you see here. Its lovely!

I got up this morning and while making espresso, did a little indoor gardening. All of my plants needed watering, so in between pulling shots of espresso, I took care of them. Then, I headed to ladies Bible study. Seems like I’m not there anymore than I’m there. I’m also figuring one of these days my coworker will go on a month long trip which will make attendance impossible.

Upon returning home, I fixed lunch for us and pulled out my VR headset for a 30 minute workout. I tried a different song on the hard level only to discover it was more challenging than I expected! I’ve got to work my way up in the rankings, lol!

Last night’s windstorm left us with one downed tree and 2 others at 45 degree angles. @silvertop was going to go cut part of one up but ran into some chainsaw issues. He might need a new chainsaw!

I headed out around the yard to look for the various colors of fall. Here’s some of what I found.

I don’t have any Vine Maples right near me or I would have included some of the brilliant reds and oranges they are showing this year! I’ll have to find some I can reach. 😁

That’s gonna be it for now. Tomorrow brings work and a busy day I’m sure, with it.
