Busy as a bee! 🐝

I got up super early today as I’ve got a morning thing added to my routine with the care that’s needed for the abandoned kittens. I was worried about them as we received quite a bit of rain last night. I went out to feed them but they were nowhere to be found. I asked @silvertop if he’d check on them from time to time to see if they came to eat. He text me later at work they were around, so I felt much better.

He fed them at noon as they were out and had gobbled what I put out. They are roaming a bit which concerns me for we have owls, hawks and eagles about. That would break my heart.

Work was crazy busy; I was multitasking with folks in office and on the phone. The gal on the phone told me I multitasked well. 😁

Lots of patients to work with and jobs to order. It’s never dull or boring!

Once home, @silvertop met me at the car. He had some sad news. Originally, we knew there were 4 kittens. I’d buried one and we had 2 we are feeding. He found the fourth one unfortunately dead. He buried it for me alongside the one I buried yesterday. So sad. 😿

I’m going to work on trying to get them a little tame this weekend. Right now, they’re afraid.

All this made me need a hug from Cot!

That’s gonna be it for me. Tomorrow’s a ‘me, myself and I’ day, although I’ve more than enough to keep me busy.

I hope them babies will survive to see better days and maybe one day round around a nagg Cot. :)) My mother had 5 kittens, on Tuesday I managed to catch 3 of them and placed them with a nice lady in a new home, hopping for the best.

Thanks @littlebee4. Unfortunately, a black cat has shown up; I originally thought she was the mom. My two babies are not around now. I'm not sure if the black cat moved them, or what. I just know that we haven't seen them since yesterday morning. The food that was put out at noon for them hasn't been touched. It makes me sad, for as much as I tried not to get attached, I hauled off and did just that! I just hope they are okay.

Everybody would get attached. So easy with little puppies or kittens.
That’s sad. Let’s hope they are fine, or come back. Maybe the black cat scared them and they are hiding.

I'm hoping she is their mom. My husband checked multiple times all around where they were hiding out and he's found no trace of them. I'm thinking she moved them. I hope so and hope they are fine.

We would have kept them as outdoor kitties. However, a black cat has shown up; I originally thought this was the mom. Whether it is or not, our 2 little babies seem to be gone. I am sad....😿 The other fear is if it's not their mom, it may be keeping them from the food. Nothing has touched the food @silvertop put out at noon. So I don't know.......
