Just Another Day........My Actifit Report Card: September 12 2023

We got up this morning to clouds and sprinkle of rain, but not much in the way of what we need. Our high for today is to be 65 degrees-coolest yet.

My morning began with ladies Bible study. We are in 1Peter. It was a nice time of fellowship. I went afterwards to get milk for @silvertop and the clinic mail. Then home.

I set up everything for music as it’s our turn to lead this weekend and then we practiced. It’s a nice set of music, revisiting Already Won since it was new last month.

@actifit-lamb is always interested and wanted to hold my flute.

She stayed involved for the whole set of music, even in talking @silvertop to let her have a go at the guitar!

After lunch, we headed out for a hike. Jan came with. Here’s some eye candy from the hike.

Then, I got the chance to play with my boss’s virtual reality headset! OMG-it’s so awesome! There are games that are exercise, one specific with music and I am hooked! I want one of these!

Unfortunately, I have to return it tomorrow 😔 I might have to invest in one! 😎👍
