Time For A Change!......My Actifit Report Card: September 7 2023

Time for a change! As the leaves in this tree indicate, a change is in the air. I had received a couple plus in frame shipments over the past couple of weeks. I’d started the main one which was a shipment of Maui Jim sunglasses. We had previously sold just Mail Jim ophthalmics ( clear) and because of a change in their company, they are no longer offering them. So instead, we traded out for the Maui Jim Sun. After inputting each frame in our database, I then cleaned our fixture and set about building the display. Here is the end result.

It turned out rather nice, I think! 😁

If you’ve never had a pair of Maui Jim Sunglasses, you should! They have the best, clearest, sharpest vision of any lens I’ve had (and I’ve had a lot! Just ask @silvertop!) They are a bit spendy but the vision investment is worth it! 😎

After I finished this, I moved on to inputting the Cascadia frames in the system and getting them out. That left a couple oddball arrivals that I dealt with as well. Then, there was another big order from Tura. I got a few of them done but had to switch gears to head towards closing. I enjoy working with the displays!

Tomorrow, we are booked except for one appointment, but given the fact that the doc’s lunch is also booked, I’m going to try avoiding booking the opening for now.

That’s gonna be it for now. Tell your special someone you love them now as you never know when your time is at an end. ❤️
