Happiness Is.........My Actifit Report Card: August 21 2023

Happiness is…….

A sunflower!🌻 They always have their faces turned towards the sun 🌞 to catch the sunshine! They also make a lot of people feel better because of their sunny disposition too. To me, looking at them brings a feeling of peacefulness and joy. So enjoy the pic!

Today began with a dip in the inflatable hot tub. Don’t scoff at the fact it’s inflatable, as it’s actually pretty nice and has an air bubbler that is amazing!

Then, I began roasting coffee for us while @silvertop began touching up some areas he painted. With the air quality this morning, we weren’t going to try a hike. It was at 142 and since our bout with Covid, it seems to irritate especially him, more than before. Plus, it’s just not healthy to breathe in particulates anyway. As of this evening, it has improved to around 60 which is considered moderate. I’m hoping it continues to fall overnight so that tomorrow, we might actually get a hike!

I did some indoor pacing while roasting the coffee. While doing that, I’d pass by Cot who was zonked on the bed. Here’s some kitty pics of the boy.

Tomorrow brings the first Ladies Bible study in quite a while. Between being sick last month and then it being called off so vacation Bible school could have the space, I’m going to say it’s been 4-5 weeks since the last one I attended.
