Make A Joyful Noise!........My Actifit Report Card: August 20 2023
Make a joyful noise! It was our turn to lead worship today. This pic is during the song Already Won, we introduced today. I was surprised to hear the congregation singing along! It was awesome. It’s also the first song where I literally almost play the flute simultaneously while singing-almost but not actually. It was a good service. 😇
Once home and equipment unloaded, we set out to go to Cash-N-Carry to stock up on coffee cups, syrups and frappe mixes. Then it was off to Walmart.
Once finished there, we got mocha frappes and headed towards Lynden for a couple of stops.
On the way leaving Lynden, we could see some of the fair ride trucks packed up and heading for their next fair destination. How fast the 10 days it ran flew!
Closer to home, we stopped at a portable roadside stand that just popped up today, to purchase some fresh corn! 🌽
As you may have noticed, we are inundated with smoke! Lately, it seems the wildfires from Hawaii to the continental states are raging out of control. There’s been earthquakes and now a hurricane to add to it. I’m sure there are plenty of natural disasters I don’t know about around the world, but it seems to me things are ramping up. Please pray for all those affected by all of this everywhere! 🙏😇
