It Has Begun...........My Actifit Report Card: July 10 2023

It has begun! Every year, the leaves in my neck of the forest, begin to drop from the trees. This is usually a phenomena that occurs in August. However, this year it is beginning a month early! I’m not real sure what that truly means as often, we can have summer like weather lasting even into October. I guess only time will tell!

Last month for @silvertop’s birthday and for our anniversary which is tomorrow, I bought him a portable hot tub. He’s had so many projects he’s been working on, we didn’t get it set up until Saturday and filled and turned on today. It is heating 😁

I’ve missed our hot tub so this will be nice!

After setting it up to heat, we ran to town to get a tarp and a few other things. While out, we stopped for a coffee date at the Starbucks we tend to frequent. They were giving away a pop-cake; kind of like a dense piece of cake on a lollipop stick. They had an over abundance of them and offered them for free!

They turned out to be quite tasty but also quite sweet! One was more than enough 😁

After that, we set out for home. The hot tub is heating nicely and should maybe be useable tomorrow afternoon. We shall see! 😎

As I mentioned earlier, tomorrow is mine and @silvertop’s 42nd anniversary! It doesn’t seem like that long ago! Where does time go, I wonder? We are headed to our favorite Oceanside hike from Bellingham Bay to Fairhaven and back again. It’s a lovely boardwalk over the water for a bit of a distance and into Fairhaven, where we continue on to the Marine Park. On the way back, we will stop at the Wood’s Coffee to enjoy an ice cold mocha frappe and a blueberry scone.
