Honey, should we take the compact car or the big one?

We had planned to go to town today to do a couple of Amazon returns we’d been putting off. While there, it made sense to get the stain and painting supplies @silvertop needed plus go to Cash-N-Carry for my coffee supplies. However before I even got out of bed, I had a text from my boss asking me to look at an email he sent yesterday to my work email, and see if I could fix the problem. Well, it required me going to the clinic as I have no access to the passwords at home. So off I went. Of course while there, I had to take a phone call my coworker couldn’t deal with and help her get a patient’s lens back in his frame that she couldn’t get. All told, I was there about 35 minutes plus my travel time. When I got home, we left to go to town.

After getting all the things we needed we set out for home and delivered to Cot, a new kitty toy!

Cyle has his moments of play but usually catnip is involved and this toy doesn’t have any.

We later found Cot in the waterbed with it.

As you can tell by the vacant ‘light’s on but nobody’s home’ look, he was enjoying himself immensely! 😸😸😸
