More Gardening!!!!!!My Actifit Report Card: April 30 2023

More gardening! But first, the highlights from today.

We began the day at church earlier than usual. We weren’t running sound but had gone in early to pull an XLR for another guy joining the other worship team. While we were there however, we also taught Abby a little more about the board.

Carl was the pastor for the day. You may remember from previous posts that he was the main pastor for almost 12 years and has retired to an unpaid position as a prayer and care pastor for the church. I really enjoy his sermons when he preaches. 😇

Once home, we commenced to create a raised bed garden plot for those Roma tomatoes I purchased yesterday. @silvertop was key in this as he is so much stronger than I am. My hero!😘

I planted 6 Roma tomato plants. Tomorrow, my tomato cages will arrive. 😁

I am hoping that they do well. I added compost to the dirt @silvertop got me, as well as some time released plant food for vegetables. 🙏🤞

The flowering trees are dropping their pretty little petals everywhere!

It’s snowing petals!
