My Desk Looks Like .........My Actifit Report Card: April 5 2023
See how calm and serene the moss looks? Lovely-right? Well, this is what happens when you work 3 days a week and your Monday is on Wednesday!
It looks like a nuclear bomb went off on it! I leave my desk cleared of any jobs or papers. This is what I walk into pretty much every Wednesday morning! I have to sort and pile and clear it so I can focus on insurance verifications for the current day. It can almost be depressing. And…….that wasn’t including all the little post it notes that were under all of that! 🙄 Ugh!
We were booked for the day as usual and I was very busy. I got 90% of the current day’s work done; all of Monday’s DSHS kids stuff done and all but those hidden post it notes done. All in all, about a day and a half’s work done in one day’s time. Can I retire yet?!🙏
Tomorrow finds me with a ‘me, myself and I’ day, however with a frame rep first thing. So the first ‘open’ hour won’t be productive. Lots to do and never enough time to do it in! 😏

I’m tired and I guess it remains to be seen whether or not we’re camping indoors tonight or whether we’re going to give the waterbed a try. I don’t particularly want to wake up and have to swim, lol! 🤣😅

I'm also a very creative person 😜😂 and my bed is always messy. I live in a small space because a big space take time to clean. Anyway, that nuclear bomb part of this post was really funny!

The problem is that I didn't leave any of that there! My coworker 'wall papers' my desk on Monday and Tuesday when I'm not there! I leave it with nothing on top. I have to unearth it just to begin my workweek. If she would just make one pile, it'd be a lot nicer but she never does. I can't stand to start my workday in a mess like that! Ugh!🤗💜🤗💗🤗💖🤗
