North Bend Highlights.........My Actifit Report Card: January 10 2023

Welcome to today! As promised, I have more pics from our time at North Bend with Bill, Agi and Phoenix and Banjo. But first, a run down of today.

I had decided not to go to ladies Bible study as I had several things that really needed doing. One of them was to catch up 4 days of Scripture readings that I was behind on due to the weekend trip. I accomplished that. 😇 I needed to also get work laundry done as tomorrow is my Monday. We are scheduled this coming Sunday to lead worship and I only had a couple of songs in mind. I needed 4, so in just paging through music sheets, it became clear what we are supposed to do. Then I needed to pull equipment out and get things set so we could run through the music. Once @silvertop was at a point in his day where we could practice, we did.

Once we were done with that, it was a run to town for gas for my car, purchase tabs for the pickup truck and then go to the post office for the clinic mail. All missions accomplished and off for home.

Since we were ahead of schedule, I texted Jan to bump up the time of our hike, and we set out to go to the off grid cabin.

It was for once, a gloriously sunny day!

If you look at the left and right sides of this pic, you can see folks taking advantage of the moist landscape and do some outdoor burning. This pic is up at the cabin.

Once the hike was done, I made coffees; read a little and tackled my bedside table. My lovely lamp has a switch issue, so I needed to get it untangled from all the USB charge cables. I found another lamp to replace it while it’s being repaired and straightened out all those cables. The table now has a bit of order to it.

As I mentioned earlier, tomorrow is my Monday at work and we are overbooked again 😏 It will hopefully make the day go quickly!
