What's That White Stuff?!.......My Actifit Report Card: November 6 2022
Hey everybody! Thanks for stopping by today!
Yes, we woke up this morning to just a little bit of white stuff out there! I was surprised to see snow on the hilltops and on the skylight and on the car.
We were headed to church this morning but first, Phoenix needed to go out. So @silvertop got the doggy leash and he and Phoenix went outside. Unfortunately, he was wearing the wrong kind of shoes, and ended up doing a banana peel style fall. I know from my own experience that type of fall is not fun and it also spooked Phoenix as she barked at him. He wasn’t seriously hurt, but I’m sure he will find muscles tomorrow he didn’t know he had!
When we came out of church, the first picture was the view from the parking lot.
There was a bit of a debate, whether or not we would get to go for a hike, but in the end we were able to get things done enough that we could set out. Jan came with. Once we got up to the garden area this is what was in the grass.
It always has just a little bit more up here than in some areas. If you take a look at. @silvertop’s post, you’ll see the trail headed up to the off grid cabin. It has a lot more snow!
I apparently have gained a lap dog! Every time I sit down on the couch, she jumps up and snuggles up on my lap, as if to say you are not gonna move. She must think I’m as close as she can get to Bill (family).
Her mom and dad are currently somewhere over the Atlantic ocean on their way to Paris, France, where they have a layover and then onto Hungary 🇭🇺
Our older son just got a new addition to his pet family yesterday. Say hello to Ember!
He is about seven months old and flew all the way from New York City yesterday to his new home here in Northwest Washington. He is a Manx kitty; also known as a tail-less kitty. He is such a cutie and has already wormed his way into their hearts!
That’s gonna be it for now. Tomorrow will bring a new adventure. I’m sure! You never know what’s in store when you’re grand-dog sitting, L O L! Please take care and enjoy the week ahead. Please continue to 🙏 for🇺🇦

Snow! I want to experience snow! Will it be a snowy winter?
I'm not sure just yet whether is will be snowy, but this is fairly early for it to be this low on the mountains. We shall see......

Oh wow! Pheonix is such a cutie. His eyes are so bright. This is the First time I got a closer look at him.

Phoenix is indeed a cutie and so sweet! She has many coats with her to keep her from freezing to death as her fur is not thick at all!
Phoenix has a kitty companion at home, but he has a disease that he can't be in a home with another cat. We are headed to their townhome next weekend to go love on him some and also so Phoenix can go play with him.
Our older son is indeed, a cat lover! I've rubbed off on both of them, lol! He just got his little cutie this weekend as well. He now has two kitties. He is local; within 40 minutes of our home.
