Seasonal Blooming..........My Actifit Report Card: October 25 2022

It was another ‘me, myself and I’ day. I got to work and quickly completed my ‘to do’ list I had for myself. There were a couple of things on it that had to wait until the afternoon, but all was accomplished. I have to admit that I’m tired of this ‘full time’ stint and I know tomorrow will be busy, so motivation was hard to really come by. However, the phone kept me pretty busy and researching insurance is always a guarantee of at least 30 minutes or more. Today was also the day when I got to add ‘clinic janitor’ to my hats 🎩 of the trade. 😏
At work, I have a myriad of plants. One is a seasonal bloomer and it’s getting ready to bloom. It never blooms during the time it’s name indicates it might should. The Christmas Cactus.
The other oddity about this particular plant is that only half blooms at a time! I’m not sure why that is, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen the entire plant in bloom at the same time! 😜

If it would take me more than 30mins to find a proper insurer, I'd probably end up with no insurance at all! :))
In the case of what I do; I have to try to chase down a patient's benefits or a claim if it didn't pay out. Sometimes the wait time to speak to a human being can be even and hour to an hour and a half. Fortunately, I have a wireless headset which enables me to to continue to work on other things while I patiently (or sometimes, not so patiently) wait on hold. It can be maddening!! Take care my friend!
To wait one hour just to speak with someone, and sometimes the line cuts and have to start over, maddening indeed.

Yes, so far, some each day and night. It's not non-stop, but it is still coming. We don't want it all at once, lol! Take care!
Lol! Intermittent rains is fine. We experienced 7 hours of continuous rain and it caused floods.
