There Is NO Air In My Town......My Actifit Report Card: October 18 2022

Hey everybody and thanks 🙏 for stopping by! 💨💨💨💨💨💨💨

This first picture says it all; there is essentially no air to be had in my town! We’ve not had this high of air quality ratings-maybe ever! I had the furnace running on circulation to try to capture as much mold and dust as I could, but ended up turning it off because it was pulling smoke 💨 into the clinic. I didn’t want to be smelling that all day either!

Don’t be fooled by that screenshot of our weather-it says sunny but truly, the sun ☀️ was nowhere to be found!

This picture was taken at the post office 🏤 facing towards Sumas Mountain. 🏔️About where you see my user name in the picture, is where normally you’d see the mountain 🏔️ rising up in the background. Did someone take the mountain 🏔️ I wonder?

Then, turning west this was the only glimpse of the sun ☀️ I saw 👀 today.

It was dim enough at the post office 🏤 for all the exterior lights to come on. Everyone is just on pins and needles 🪡 hoping and waiting for the rain 🌧️ that’s in the forecast for Friday. Actually, the next 5 or so days beginning then, have a chance of rain 🌧️ but it often poofs before it actually rains. We need nature to step up here and help put out the many, many wildfires 🔥 that are burning here in Washington state and over in BC, Canada. It’s literally out of control!🙀😳🙀

Work was slow-ish today. I had a first timer in the afternoon and a few dispenses, but nothing super exciting. I was however able to get another upper cubby of my desk cleaned and worked, so that helps and makes me feel more organized 😎👍

Needless to say, I did not go for even a shorty hike due to the air.
