Thank Goodness It's Friday!......My Actifit Report Card: October 14 2022

Work began with a fully booked day, and then a call came in with a cancellation due to illness. I’m thankful they canceled and decided not to share their bug! We ended up though with an additional eye emergency, so it balanced out. Yana does well and gets her end of things accomplished in a timely fashion with little mess on the counter. I’m enjoying her being back!
Unfortunately, I was not headache free today either. As a matter of fact, it was the worst one of the week! I still have it going on, but somewhat subdued though my head is ‘sore’. On Monday, I’m going to attempt to change the furnace filter (it’s not been changed as far as I know for years!). I’m also taking a fan to either pull in fresh air or to pull out the inside air. We are (me, @silvertop and Jan) thinking it might be related to the flooding last year. We still have the same carpet that was flooded. 😳
We took a short hike to the pond. Even as bad as I felt, I was hoping the outside air might help. It did but didn’t cure me.

Headache make everything difficult. A day with headache feels like a burden.
Seems like you have a lot to do. I hope you will replace all the things needed to be replaced. Hehe
You are so right; a headache does make it harder. My husband and I discussed maybe some things we could do to try to help, so on Monday, he's coming with me to work and change the furnace filter. The screen on the patio door is stuck and I've tried a couple of times to un-stick it, but can't budge it, so he'll un-stick it for me so I can have fresh air. I also bought an ionic air cleaner to put under my desk. I'm hoping that makes thing tolerable!

Yes, I do, but unfortunately, it doesn't touch it. We are thinking it's maybe because of the flood we had in the building and the fact that there is probably a lot of mold growing in places we can't see. So, on Monday when I go in, @silvertop is coming with me; we are changing the furnace filter out, fixing the patio screen door so I can open it and I bought an ionic air cleaner to put under my desk. I am hoping that if it is because of the air in the building and/or mold, that maybe this will make it tolerable and I'll be able to work. I pray that it is.
Oh. Hopefully, you'll get those fix. It's probably a headache combined by stress and other sources.
Tomorrow will tell the tale. I'll keep you updated through my post tomorrow.
