What? It Still Works?!..............My Actifit Report Card: September 23 2022

I went in early today to try to get a workstation of sorts set up for me up front. It was pretty much going to end up ousting Yana of her work area. When the doc came in, I gave him the laptop 💻 and said for him to ‘have at it’. I was astounded to see him kind of slam it down on the counter. Then he picked it up and smacked it on the bottom while holding it perpendicular to the counter. I laughed and headed up front. When I got back, I was amazed to see it had loaded! 🙀🙀🙀 I wouldn’t have ever have done that as it’s not my computer, but hey! Maybe next time!🤣🤣
I was much happier at my desk working and it behaved itself for the rest of the day. In the meantime, the doc is shopping over the weekend for a new computer 💻 for for me as we don’t trust this one to behave. It will be nice to start with a clean slate again 😁😎👍
It was a busy day, and after work, I had to run clinic packages to the post office 🏤 for shipping. Once that was done, I went to pick up a pizza and discovered that butter 🧈 was on sale for $2.89 per pound! Excellent! I put 3 in my cart. It seems lately, the average price is well over $4 a pound, so I took advantage of it! 😎👍🧈

Not sure why electronics need be slapped or slammed or shakes for them to work again, even the damn remote control misbehaves too, slap about abit and it works🤣

Because of the nature of the work I do, he doesn't trust this one any longer. Fortunately, he can afford a new one which I get this week, and then he will wipe and go over the old one.

Possibly, although this was the first time it had happened. It's just that I do so much on the computer and without it, the business would come to a stand still! Also, it was his computer and he had nothing to lose really. I am looking forward to setting up a new one again. Thanks for commenting and have a lovely day!

Great story about the laptop, I guess it needed some tough love. Nowadays it's rare to find anything on discount, so the butter was worth it. Lately it's been common place to find raised prices on most products at the supermarket, even veggies. Thank you for sharing and keep enjoying your weekend :}
