I Lift My Hands......My Actifit Report Card: August 21 2022

Hey everybody and 🙏 for stopping by today! Happy Sunday!

We headed out to church ⛪️ first thing this morning. We were scheduled to lead worship.

We arrived and set up our instruments and equipment and began practice. @silvertop and I are pretty intuitive of each other which is good! Things went pretty well. It would soon be time to begin.

I always keep a pop filter on my mic for more than it’s intended purpose. I tend to close my eyes some and lose track of the proximity of the microphone 🎤 This often results in my attempting to knock my front teeth out! 😳 It doesn’t feel too good so it’s nice to cushion the blow, so to speak!

The service went well; the sermon awesome and the people were worshiping!

We put all the church’s stuff away and loaded up the car to come home. We saw that the new electric line has been finished so next weekend we will begin installation of the sound system. It will probably take a couple weekends to complete.

We are headed over to our son’s house to try some Yak. Fajitas for dinner!

Tomorrow will bring a little longer than usual hike. We’re planning on doing the old loop that we haven’t hiked in a while and adding Soaring Eagle Trail to it as well. It should be fun!
