My Actifit Report Card: July 31 2022
Hey everybody and thanks 🙏 for stopping by today! 😎👍🥵☀️
It was already hot 🥵 by the time we left for church ⛪️ today! Thank goodness it is now air conditioned!! After church ⛪️ it was a quick trip to the local grocery for a few items for dinner later, and then home to wait. A guy who works with our oldest some was coming to take the Ford Ranger. See @silvertop’s post for a couple pics regarding this. Anyway, the guy was going to take it off our hands as it needs mechanical work-clutch and/or possibly the tranny. We were surprised to find this guy was about the age of our youngest son and that his son, whom we presumed was a teenager was barely 7! This truck is for him and his dad to repair and restore. It’s good that they’ve got a ten year window as sometimes parts for these can be hard to come by. The boy was excited! We helped them get it into the road and up on the trailer. It was super hot-he said his temp showed 101 degrees after we got it loaded and he secured it. No wonder sweat was running down my spine!! 🥵😳🥵
After he left and we cooled down a bit, we headed to Bellingham for some garage shelves that were needed. Then we came home. 🏡
I am SO done ✅ with this heat! Supposedly, we should begin a bit of a cooling trend for the next 5 days or so. But hey! It’s now going into August-traditionally one of the hotter months of the year! Ugh! 🙄

That’s gonna be it for now. Tomorrow sees me roasting 11 pounds of coffee for 2 customers and hand delivering a set of glasses from the clinic to my neighbor who is a patient there. We’ll have to see what’s left over for hiking 🥾 time!

We got some relief today, but no rain, which we could use. It should last the next couple of days and then it will heat back up! Take care and stay cool!

I have a USB fan plugged into my computer both here at home and at work. I also have a 12" that blows on me throughout the night. Occasionally, if we turn the air off and open windows, we stick a box fan in the window to pull cool outside air in. I sleep better cooler than hotter!

Thank you my sweet sis! I'm curious; what did you get out of the message about dream manipulation? What did they say about how to tell whether it's from God or not? I'm just curious as I've often wondered that myself from time to time.

Hello Sis, the pastor didn't specifically say how God speaks because I believe he speaks to us in 7billion ways, each uniquely.
But he did emphasise on not seeking dream interpretations of every single thing, more like divination or that psychic stuff. Most dreams are just manipulations from the enemy, using our past or present to stray us off path in the future. The pastor mentioned that the more we sit with God, talking to him in prayers like we do our earthly parents, we'll develop a bond with him and then he creates a unique pattern of communication. We'll always know it's him speaking/sending across a message when that happens.

Thanks for answering; I feel the same way and often think the enemy plays on fears whether we know of them or they are in our subconscious, to try to fool us.
