My Actifit Report Card: February 8 2022
Hey everybody and thanks for stopping by!
Today was one of those kind of days where everything seems a half a hair off. I couldn’t put my finger on any one thing that was wrong. And, it wasn’t just me that was feeling it.
One nice thing though…..@actifit-lamb got her post written and posted. Check it out on her blog.
I needed to go get tabs for our truck and also get the mail for us and the clinic at the post office, so in the afternoon we went to town. After that was done, we decided to go to Lynden as there’s a store there that carries a particular brand of toothpaste and I was out of it.
Once home, we met up with Jan for a mini hike. Of course, on our way back, it started raining, lol.
It’s not a cave although it does look like one 😁
Tomorrow begins my workweek. I’ve got a busy and early day ahead, for sure.

Hey sis! It's nearly impossible to count the rings! If you go to https://peakd.com/actifit/@actifit-lamb/how-old-is-that, @actifit-lamb can guide you on how to age a tree. Probably, those trees were old growth, or maybe second growth. If you check out her post, you can see 2 trees on our property that one is close to 500 years old and the other is over 500 years old! Hey @queenstarr! Perspective is a funny thing! It does indeed look like a deep and dark cave. It is, however located at the base of a large tree! Maybe elves or gnomes live there, and if not, they should! I have found several places like this that what it looks like is all from the perspective the photo is taken. I have somewhere in my pictures, this one old tree stump that because of the angle of it and the way the wood presents itself, makes you think it's a sheer towering rock wall! It's pretty amazing.
