My Actifit Report Card: December 26 2021

Hey everybody and thanks for stopping by today!

Can you say brrrrrrr?!🥶 We got dumped on with snow and our temperature all day did not go above 10 degrees!😳 We’ve had a blazing fire going all day in the wood stove. They are predicting single digit temperatures for tonight. Tomorrow is not looking much warmer either.

We stayed up later than normal last night feeding the wood stove, so consequently we stayed much later than normal asleep. It was a good thing our pastor cancelled church! It’s been too cold to even try to unearth the car and dig our way out. Besides, they’ve not plowed either and there’s a ton of snow out there! ❄️❄️❄️

Here’s the view out the back deck today.

These pumpkins are up almost against the house under a 4’ overhang. There was a nor’easter blowing and they got covered. Now they just look like bumps.

We’ve had a couple of little birdies landing and going under the deck looking for uncovered ground hoping to find dinner I’m sure. I hung out a birdie seed cupcake for them to feast on.

Consequently with the cold temperatures, I did not venture out for any snowshoeing. I might have to wait for Tuesday to try that if it gets warmer by then like they’re predicting.

I paced while watching a movie on Netflix to get my steps today 😁

As we hunker down to try to keep warm, take care and keep on steppin’! 👣🐑❄️☃️🎄☕️🎁😁🥶🥶🥶😎👍🤗😴
