My Actifit Report Card: November 4 2021

Hi guys! I hope you had an awesome day!

This Thursday, it was me, myself and I, however, it was anything but slow! I like my solitary Thursday as it usually an opportunity to get to those items out on the back burner, done. So today, my frame rep was running ahead of schedule so I told her to come. My double first timer training decided to show up 2 hours and 20 minutes early! I was feeling pressured to hurry up with the rep. They didn’t offer to come back at their appointed time either. 🙄

So the rep left and I got the siblings to go wash while their mom paid for the fit and train.

The boy was very nervous; the girl somewhat nervous. It’s been my experience that girls generally do better at a younger age than boys do. Such was the case today. During the initial onset of training, the mom decided that she was going to get in her son’s personal space to tell him to ‘just put it in your eye’. I’ve learned as well, that that kind of strong arm tactics don’t work with kids-they get irritated by parents who do that. So, I had to nicely ask her to back off and sit down. I could see the boy visibly relax. Eventually he did get one in and then got it removed, but he was not liking the whole thing. I sent him home with his contacts, but I look for him not to follow through with it.

After they left, I settled down to do the stuff that needed to be done, only to constantly be jumping up to see about who walked in the door or answer the phone. Today-I could have used a receptionist, lol!

So the end of the day came and I walked outside to see this……

I tried taking a panoramic shot, but it didn’t work out so well. It was a beautiful double rainbow!

A better shot from the post office. The first picture is of the sunset views from the post office parking lot. There were some very dark clouds and it was raining as I took the photos.
