My Actifit Report Card: September 8 2022

Hello everyone!

My morning was not fine. I woke up feeling dizzy like everything was spinning around. I think it's because of muscle spasms. I took my anti-vertigo medicine so I fell asleep again. When I woke up, I felt better and was able to stand without assistance. But some positions and motions trigger my dizziness. The only chores I did were folding clothes and washing the dishes. Then, I just watched these birds. I am amused.

Tonight my husband and I returned to their residence. I just finished ironing our clothes.
