My Actifit Report Card: July 11 2022

Hello everyone!

I have no intention to do a lot of things today because my arm still hurts. But I was looking for something this morning. I didn't find it and it's really frustrating for me. It compelled me to declutter and tidy up our room, just in case it will appear.

Folding the pile of laundry is a milestone for me today. I haven't done this task for a while after getting injured. Then, I realized that I need to keep on moving while I'm still taking pain reliever. Sadly, today is the last dose.

I also did some self-care routine without assistance. But I did everything to my comfort level only. I'm doing good, so far.
