My Actifit Report Card: The weekend for live match

I went to the stadium for a live Nigeria Premier League Match today. It was Kwara United against Katsina United and I went to support Kwara United.

The match was scheduled for 4:00 pm so I had to be in the stadium before then. The ticket fee was 500 naira which is around 35cents for VIP and 14 cents for Regular.

The first half was drab with Katsina United employing time-wasting techniques. Their goalkeeper caused stoppage more than 15times for one reason or the other.

He just needed to catch the ball and off he went on the ground.

The home fans were not having any of it and constantly booed him. It's bad for football to do that.

I expected the referee to talk with the captain and coach but I don't think he did.

The keeper continued these gimmicks in the second half until Kwara United scored the only goal of the match from a thunderbolt by Yahya the right back.

Everyone jubilated because it's a much-needed win. The first in four matches. The goal came with 2 matches left in regular time.

It means Kwara United just has to hold on for a deserved lead.

We held and got a morale booster win.

I decided to meet a few friends before leaving the stadium.

Match day is always fun and I can't wait for the next home match.
