My Actifit Report Card: November 10 2022

I got my activity counts for today by doing daily routines, chores, moving around the house, climbing up and down the stairs and going to and from work. Just the same daily routines. Household chores are mostly done in the kitchen. Cleaning, preparing and cooking meals, washing the dishes. Nothing's new. I did encode but a few only. While going to work the day was so fine.

Took this picture while I was going to work this afternoon. It was a clear blue sky and this was the only cloud I see.
